Software

Profiles are developed and stored in the AT-707FL’s software package.  A computer precisely controls the reflow cycle, automation of process sequences, and automatic execution of safety checks before every profile run.  Profile parameters include preheat temperature, preheat time, reflow temperature, reflow time, and heating & cooling ramps.  Every profile is stored in memory and can be recalled with a few mouse clicks.  A profile lock prevents unwanted changes in profile parameters.
