SPOT 20*20 Stencil Printer

TWO WAY PRINTING
The Spot 20/20 uses dual squeegee heads for easy printing in both directions.  By eliminating the necessity of moving the solder paste after each printing, operator fatigue is decreased while productivity is increased.

LARGE PRINT AREA
The standard Spot 20/20 accepts stencil frames ranging from 4"X 4" to 20"X 20".  An optional 24"X 24" stencil frame is available.  Stencil frames can be changed in seconds to handle different jobs.

FINE PITCH CAPABILITY
Due to the error-free construction and sound mechanical design, the Spot 20/20 allows accurate printing of fine pitch patterns.  An optional transparent plastic frame allows for easy overhead alignment.  The printer is designed with precise X, Y, Z and theta adjustments, making alignment a snap!

OPERATION
Operation of the Spot 20/20 printer is simple and requires no special training.  To begin printing, the operator attaches the stencil frame to the frame holder in the moving shell of the printer.  Using a pneumatic switch, the operator can open and close the moving shell without risk of injury or fatigue.  A transparent plastic frame may be stenciled and used for alignment.  Alignment is easily accomplished using the X, Y, Z and theta dials while looking from above the board.  After the PCB is aligned, solder paste is applied to the stencil and the operator opens the moving shell and replaces the PCB.  By simply flipping the directional switch, the squeegee head reverses and another board can be printed.  The operator's only movement is pushing or pulling the linear mounted squeegee.
